1. Here at Toys world, we have a 30 days return policy on all our products. This means that you are restricted to 30 days from the date of delivery to forward a return / exchange request.
  2. To address a return or exchange of any products the customer is requested to contact our customer service department and share your order ID and the reason for the return. The item should be new up and unworn, and should not iron any kind of marks and all the tags should be intact. You have to look after the products if you don’t return them.
  3. Transportation costs shall be borne by the customer and any local postage will be returned to us. Our team does know about such errors or any sort of damage then it’s the responsibility of the customer.
  4. When the item is returned to our team, the process of refund or exchange will begin.
  5. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment to avoid problems in refund payments.
  6. I want to remind you that every item on our website including leather jackets is eligible for a return except for those which are written differently as it should be returned within 30 days.

  8. If it is necessary to return something, please email to info@toysworld.ae.com with your order number to request a refund. You will receive the email for the confirmation within 24 hours of your return or exchange the item.

How To Return An Item:

If an item needs to be returned, then the item should be repacked; the original packaging of the particular item should be maintained. Please remember to include the packing slip in the parcel. Take the package and send it to the address that has been listed below. Products or items to be returned or exchanged must be new, untouched, and unused and must be returned with all the original tags and accessories.
